Municipal Licensing and Standards (with the assistance of DocuPet Inc.) collects personal information on this website under the legal authority of Toronto City Council Item 2018.LS27.3, as confirmed by the City of Toronto By-law 1058- 2018; the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 349, Animals, Article IV, Dogs; and, the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 349, Animals, Article V, Cats. The information will be used by City staff and shared with DocuPet Inc. to administer dog and cat licenses. b. CONSENT TO INDIRECT COLLECTION

By using this website to licence my pet with the City of Toronto, I agree that DocuPet is collecting my personal information as an agent for the City of Toronto and authorize DocuPet to collect my personal information and provide it to the City of Toronto. The City will be provided with my account information, records of any pet licence purchases or renewals I make on this website and any notices sent to me in relation to pet licences by DocuPet.

c. ADDITIONAL PURCHASES NOT REQUIRED OR RELATED TO THE CITY AND COMMERCIAL USE OF INFORMATION BY DOCUPET
